I have a Dell Optiplex 320 that originally ran on windows. This was originally my dads computer so he (for whatever reason) switched the OS to Ubuntu. I switched it back to Windows XP, and now i am having trouble finding the following drivers:
Video Controller
Video Controller (VGA Compatible) [2 of these]
SM BUS controller [this I cant even identify]
PCI Device

I believe the graphics card is an ATI Radeon Xpress x1100 professional, but I may have butchered the name a bit. Thanks for any help.

And none of the drivers from dell.com work, so I don't know what to do.

The processor won't help as much as a extra applicable video card. That gadget could have a PCI exhibit slot, permitting you to function a extensive style of video taking part in cards. despite if, in case you flow with a greater-end video card, your ability furnish could be too small to ability it precise. it quite is a capture-22, improve video skill you may improve ability furnish too... CPU is good adequate, RAM is adequate too... The 6600 video is low end... you've the skill to get a 7300/7600 or extra applicable card fee effectively... a 7300 "could" artwork with the provision you have, nevertheless I had one at one time, and mandatory to enhance to a 450W furnish... truthfully, that twin center you linked could be slower than what you have already got, as maximum video games, which incorporate WoW, use in simple terms one processor

BTW, buy yourself (off ebay) a DELL reinstallation disc for Windows XP pro.

And it will self activate.
