550W heavy duty tough series is overpriced. Try getting Seasonic Gold X750 for 120 or less.

Both of these builds will do you just fine. You could even downgrade them by a bit. 4GB RAM is probably enough and a 2.5 GHz processor would be good too. You could downgrade your video card to 500MB dedicated video memory, too. Also, you do not need the cooling, as you will not be getting NEARLY enough heat to need a cooler with this game.

Both of them will run your games at a really nice speed with hardly any lag. They have really good specifications and will do just perfect.
