Do you mean folders on your Pc to your memory stick?
Open windows explorer, find the folder you want and drag and drop onto the USB drive. Or you can right click on the folder and copy and then then past it on the USB drive.

same way as if you did it on your pc. The USB stick will appear as a drive (F, G, H or something like that), open it up and then right click./new folder etc.
Same for copying files etc. Just the same way as you would into a folder on your PC.

If you mean create new folders, open My Computer, or Windows Explorer, double click on the relevant drive icon, then on the toolbar click on the new folder icon, then type in the name of the folder and OK. If you mean transferring stuff over, you can either open the individual files and Save As to the new drive, or unopened right click on the icons, Send to.

depending on your version of windows simply insert your usb memory stick and wait for it to be correctly installed
then locate your specific folders and right click the folder in question, and select "send to" and then select the drive letter of your memory stick
if your folder has more than one file then go to edit>select all>copy to>then choose the drive letter of your memory stick
theres many back up programs avalible on the web that take advantage of the high capacity on the latest memory sticks
winback-up 1.86 is avalible as a free download from http://www.backupanswers.com/freewinbackup/,this is a fukk version and is a excellent back up program,it can be set to back up your files and folders at a specific time or date, this way you will allways have a copy of your most imporatnt files and folders
i hope this has helped
good luck mate!

you won't be able to "burn" it onto a usb stick such as you do onto a DVD. What you have 2 do is pass the video record directly to the usb stick such as you may the different record. in case you created the action picture in an modifying software like action picture maker and so on, then export the video for playback on a computing gadget then pass that record to the memory stick afterwards.
