PowerISO says "Virtual Drive is not installed correctly. Please reinstall it."?

I have tried many times uninstalling it and reinstalling it with no change. i just need to mount some iso files. I really need some help. i cannot use cmd. or regedit.exe so please don't suggest anything that involves those. Has anyone else had this problem? Please help!

Do you have administrator privileges on the account you are trying to install the virtual drive with?

If you just installed the app, restarting your system might solve it.
