It seems only Vbuzzer still working in United Arab Emirates.

Vbuzzer's website was also blocked in UAE. But you can search Vbuzzer with www.google.ae, they have a landing page link on the google ad, you can download the latest version to make VOIP calls. Vbuzzer keeping update their software to unblocked the VOIP.

I don't know about free call, but I know for a fact that action VOIP is owned by a company that is famous for scamming their clients, don't give them your credit card/paypal information, just use Skype instead. Saving a few dollars is not worth losing your credit card information.



Regarding Action VOIP, there are tons of companies that have the exact same business model, slightly different rates, but exaxt same web site (just different logo) but same sections, same help, same FAQ. None of these have an office address where you can go to and question them. They are all owned by the same company. Stay away from these.

i tried skype, viber, voip discount , mobile voip, i feel like the best one till now is freecallee. its very cheap comparing all other voip with excellent voice clarity.
