No comparison really the ATI is a pro series card and has 2x the memory. But it is also $40 more than the 7600 a better comparison would be

The ATI card is the better card out of the two, and that isn't just because of the amount of memory. Definitely get the ATI one unless you want to use Linux. ATI's driver support for Linux is horrible, but if you're only using Windows, it'll be the better card.
