Windows cant open usb drives?

When i double click on a usb drive it wont open only it can format, but when formatting it fails to format it.

I tried the usb drive on the other pc but its ok...

My problem is "found new hardware windriver"

Try to format from a different PC and put it back into your own

Have you tried plugging it into a different USB slot on your PC? It could be the one you have been using has a fault.
