Hey,
I am thinking of getting a decent PC headset but I don't know what to get. I don't really want it to be over £50 but I still want it to have a good quality sound and mic. I am currently using 5.1 Surround sound on my PC and a webcam mic, so really a mic better than webcam mics (Probably now hard) and if possible surround sound, but that would probably be too much. Please only recommend ones you have tried. Thanks,
Ryan.

go with Sennheiser PC 31 Headset with Over Head Binaural VoIP I bought this as a reasonably cheap headset for Skype calls. It is superb for that - nice and light, good sound quality all round and reasonably cheap - much better value than all the more expensive headsets I've tried and simply better than some. It is also good for listening to music, but I don't do that much - you'd probably want a better set, with more bass, for that.

I got a Logitech set with standard jacks, since I want to keep my usb's open for use.

convenience often, multiple human beings use the USB on their keyboard to plug of their mouse often if the workstation is in an inconvenient spot or the mouse twine is to short, comparable with the headphones.
