well i have only 2 usb ports on my computer and one of them are being taken up by my wireless internet card so ive got one free port my mouse and keyboard slots are broken so i have to use usb for both the only problem is they both take up a usb port wich i only have one of so is it at all possible to hook up my ps2 to my pc and make use of its usb port(s)?

buy yourself a 4 port usb hub, it will give you 4 usb ports and you run it from the 1 usb port you have free, you can get hubs with a larger number of ports if you want but make sure to get a hub with its own power supply, or you can get a 4 usb port pci card which you fit into an available pci slot in the back of your pc, with this you will need to open up the pc and fit it into a pci slot on the mother board

You can get a sort of extension to the ports for really cheap.. a lot cheaper than it would be to hook up your PS2, anyway..
