can i remove ram from one pc and install to another?

so i have emachines pc but it stooped working after a power outage can i remove the ram and install it on my dell pc??
my dell pc is sooo slow so i was wondering if i can install ty :)

Before installing rub the ram with an erazer to make it clean. And yes u can install ram in another pc of the same type

for this reason you permit somebody who understand's a thank you to artwork on desktops artwork on the laptop. somebody would tell me that its undesirable to apply 2 different sized ram sticks, yet I definitely have been working this device now on 2 256mb and 2 512mb sticks for over 5 years working Linux.. in no way have a concern. whilst the ram is put in, no remember how plenty or what length the stick's are, they're a mixed entire. So in case you upload yet another 512mb of ram on your device which already has 512mb then that's used as 1gb. in case you are able to attempt to get 2 gigs of ram in the journey that your working window's. Or get linux and experience a super rapid laptop that for the time of no way use's over a million gig of ram for many stuff. And it seems super.

Yes, you can. But make sure that your dell pc ram and the old one have the same memory slot type (DDR2 or DDR3).
