Not bad! Should be an all around good system. and not too bad on the gamin' end either, except for Vista. But later Vista will be a boon, as more, an more games are written for Vista. I'd sure find a way to partition one of those harddrives, and use WinXP for a OS right now, until the Vista bugs are worked out.
