Looks like your Mother board has a "1.0 x VGA slot" and the Graphics card is "1.0 x VGA - 29 pin combined DVI", So yes it is compatible.

Your motherboard has a PCI Express X16 2.0 slot available.

The GeForce 6200 LE simply requires any PCI Express X16 slot.

Answer: Yes.

If I may, why are you using a.....EIGHT generation old graphics card?

( GeForce 6000 > 7000 > 8000 > 9000 > 200 > 400 > 500 > 600 *current*)

The GeForce 6 series was released back in 2004 - almost 10 years ago...

Even a brand new $20-$30 card is several times faster than it.

Also keep in mind, the type of graphics card you can install is NOT limited by the RAM you have in your system. Using your computer for an example; your system uses DDR2 RAM, but you can use a graphics card with DDR1, DDR2, DDR3 / GDDR3, GDDR4 or even GDDR5 video memory (VRAM). Graphics card VRAM is SEPARATE from system RAM.

It's a lessen finish gfx card, it undoubtedly is not going to play the contemporary and greatest games, it'll wrestle with most of the later games let alone the present day, in fps games you'll get picked off quite without difficulty before you even see it happen. If gaming is a component for you splurge on a 8800 card :)
