Actually I am trying to fix something in my Pc...
I have dell desktop ,win7..
I am trying to connect to Internet using iball 3.5g connect datacard,and it says your modem is already in use or not configured properly,error 633... freaking.. .I checked for solution in Internet.. ..not knowing wt to do....please send Suggestions to anupriyaa.hyd at gmail.com

Hi ananya, I also faced exactly that problem this morning, but at last it worked.This issue occurs because a flag is not reset after the device state is cleaned up when the computer is put to sleep or into hibernation. Therefore, the flag is in an inconsistent state when you resume the computer. Note The flag is set when the computer is put to sleep or into hibernation. The flag indicates that the states of various internal structures for the modem device have to be cleaned up.



Steps:

1. Uninstall the i ball 3,5 g modem software.

2 Install c cleaner http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/standard

3. There is a remove registry option, just remove or fix all.

4. Restart the computer and install or insert the modem.

I think this time it should be working
