is this a good graphics card?

Question

I like to play computer games, and my moms boyfriend has a gaming computer that he is going to give me and it can 'dual-box?' I don't know if that is good or not. BUT i like to play MMORPGS and Call of Duty games ETC. and i was wondering if his graphics card, NVIDIA GeForce8800 GT, is good enough to run some of these things? and what graphic settings do you think it can play WoW on?

Other games i like to play -
Amnesia (Good/Bad) (Put good if the graphics card can run it or bad if it can't)
Runescape(Good/Bad)
World of Warcraft(Good/Bad)
Rift (Good/Bad)
League of Legends (good/bad)
Call of Duty (Good/Bad)
Minecraft rendar distance FAR or Normal (Good/Bad)

PS: I would like to record for Minecraft/League of Legends/ COD Would that be possible too? (I use camtasia)

That gpu is OLD. Get something newer like a gta 660ti or if you are on a budget get a radeon hd 7770

you can play all those games but not very high settings and low fps and for games like cod u usually want 60fps constant and no you wont be able to record

I think they would run ok on medium quality, and maybe the high settings but will result in loss of FPS
