To place Active@ KillDisk Pro onto a floppy disk type the following at the command prompt:

COPY G:\KILLDISK.EXE A:

COPY G:\DOS4GW.EXE A:

The above assumes that the G:\ drive is the bootable CD-ROM drive and the A:\ drive is the floppy disk drive.

DOS4GW.EXE is a required file for Active@ KillDisk, Active@ UNERASER and Active@ Disk Image.

That's scarey! The only time I've seen that happen, is when I called Hewlett Packard pc tech support, and the tech on the phone logged into my computer to help me fix it. It was really strange to see my start menu pop up and my curser moving around by itself- BUT I knew WHY it was doing that, and gave them permission to do it. Sounds to me like someone's tapped into your pc.

Just to be safe, if it were me, I'd scan for virus, spyware, etc, and then I would change my log in password. I don't know what kindof internet you're using, dial-up is dangerous. I do know, you can call your ISP and explain to them what it's doing, and request a new IP address.

Good luck! Hope this helps you

Yeah sounds like someone "remotely" accessed your computer. If you have XP then you can change settings here:

Go to “System Properties” (start menu then settings, then system properties) first. There are two ways to go. Right click “My Computer” on the Desktop, then choose Properties. Or, Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> System. Then click Remote tab. Make sure that this is UNCHECKED! then hit "apply" and you should be done. Hope it helps! good luck.

Its a Virus.....that's what happens when you don't have an antivirus installed, goto avast.com they have an online scanner their start the scan this might solve the problem, Download the home edition of the antivirus, keep it updated i think you won't get any virus after that

alright do a complete virus scan first. then go to control panel and adjust the mouse speed. then go for disk clean up and disk defrag. this should wprk. your ram and hard drive are fine. and the mouse will not go crazy if there is insufficient memory. also try to disconnect the mouse and then connect it again.
