received this as a subject on my email is this a spam? the text said: your email account has exceeded its limit and needs to be verified, if not verified within 24 hours, we shall suspend your account. for immediate access, please click on the link below. I didn't but should I.

Best to contact your provider as they will be able to sort it out, spam or not

Just login to your account and delete some (most!) of the old emails in there.



That is all they want you to do.

After deletion don't forget to empty the 'trash can'
