Doesn't exist for $100. Not at full settings anyway. You need to spend 2-3 times that to be able to play with fully enabled graphics.

Sorry, but that will not happen for about 3 years. MS Flight Sim has a LONG history of being so graphics intensive that it takes a few years before hardware can actually handle the game on the highest settings. Then... they release the next version!
I have a Pentium 4, 3.2 GHz processor, 1.5 Gig of RAM and an nVidia 6800 GT OC AGP graphics card. That's about a $200 card these days if you can find one (in the obsolete pile.)
I had MS Flight Sim X Demo on medium to medium-high settings and it was not very enjoyable. Frame rates hovered around 8 to 15 FPS -- that's terrible. Using the same system, MS Flight Sim 2004 with the settings on the highest level is always smooth with frame rates of 25 to 75 depending on the view.
Even if you have a duo-core system, you're still not going to be able to play on the high settings. Probably even with a $500 card!

It depends on the type of computer that you have. Google "graphics card + (insert type of computer you have)" If you have an HP you'll want to go with either the new nvidia card.
