where do i get a driver for my seagate external hard disk(free agent goflex 1TB)?

the icon is not appearing in my computer and after toubleshooting it in the control panel it is giving a message that it is unable to install driver please help me

You will find all the drivers for your Seagate External Hard Drive Here - http://www.seagate.com/support/downloads/



First Select your Drive/Product/Model and it will then redirect you to the downloads page where you will be able to select the drivers.

Hi Friend..

i advise that re-install operating system into your system and then attach your external hard disc.

if this problem appear again than download your external hard disc's driver from: http://www.seagate.com/support/downloads/ ..

Please check usb drivers.



Try to connect the drive to the on-board usb port,



If possible get a usb 3 add card for your PC.
