u can put it if

1. u have enough power supply (5850 will require probably 600 Watts atleast)

2. PCI Express slot

3. enough physical space inside cabinet to fit new graphic card



all above things , check that manually opening ur case / cabinet , if all 3 are ok , then it is ok , otherwise see which on is problem and solve it before buying graphic card

stable subject you probably did not say a ati hd 5970 that's a huge image card and could not extra healthful into your case, ok dell motherboards and case are actually not stable for that nvidia gtx 560 card and the inspiron isn't a huge pc case for that card that's suited to construct a pc with an entire pc case get measurement on that card in the previous finding out to purchase it.signing off

If you haven't even list what type of graphic card you have we can't guess your motherboard.
