USB sound card,help Plz?

Question

I recently bought a USB sound card for my laptop and connected the sound card to the laptop

It showed that the device is working properly and is connected to the laptop.


But I cannot hear any sound from the sound card.

I troubleshooted It and it showed that the audio device is disabled, how can I enable it?

You must install the drivers that came along with you sound card. And you must go to the audio device settings in the control panel and select your usb card as the default audio device.

Have you connected speakers to the sound card ? To enable sound device right click on the icon and choose enable.
