Unfortunately PCI is an outdated interface, all PCI graphics cards are crappy and can barely play even 3-4 year old games. Even the most expensive PCI graphics is slower than a $30 PCI-Express card.

Even worse, anything on store shelves will be ridiculously overpriced. Wal-Mart and Best Buy are complete ripoffs when it comes to video cards, they charge $90 for cards that are only $50 online, $120 for $70 cards and so on...

Your best bet is to check Craigslist or Ebay for a used PCI card, they just aren't worth buying new. If you can't find anyone selling a used one dirt cheap, NewEgg has the best online prices.

The GeForce 6200 is ok, maybe look for that.

The GeForce 8400GS is terrible. So are the FX 5200 and Radeon 9250.

Identity censored... and your name is James. Nice job.

In stores. Well, Newegg is a store. Just buy from there. You won't be finding a PCI graphics card from anywhere but Wal-mart or K-mart.

Try E-BAY but check reviews FIRST, and retailer rating. I am a teenager, too, er "identity censored".
