My computer keeps beeping and then my mouse freezes, why?

First my computer gets one beep, and then mouse freezes, about 5-10 secconds, it is working again. Sometimes both keyboard and mouse freeze together. I have to restart the computer, and then everything will work again, but the same story happens again. I resinstalled the mouse driver from the disc, but in vain. What is wrong? How can I fix it? Please help, and thank you!!

If your computer hangs or reboots while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software. buy a usb keyboard and make sure the usb port on your pc supports usb 1.x and 2.x version usb, and that the usb keyboard's requirements support the windows system you are using.



ps: remember to unplug the old keyboard before plugging in the usb keyboard.
