I would get a bigger power supply (800w) with PFC.

You don't want to be found wanting when the system demands power. With PFC it will only supply the amount required.

A larger power supply will last longer (high rated components running lower) and will give you future protection.

What graphics card are you using? You didn't list your graphics card, and that's the biggest power consuming item in a computer. If you're running something like a GeForce GTS 450/Radeon HD 5750 or lower, then 460 watts would be fine. But for higher end cards you'll want 500 watts. Some midrange cards like the GTX 460/Radeon 6870 and higher require two 6-pin power connectors, which is rare on power supplies below 500 watts.

Not all power supply brands are of equal quality. Some cheap brands cannot deliver as much power as their advertised wattage rating. A 500W power supply made by Antec, Seasonic, Corsair, Silverstone or OCZ is better than a 600W power supply made by Logisys, Powmax, Eagle Tech, Xion or Huntkey.

You should always have a bit more like 600w to 650w just in case you are gaming hard or adding parts in the future. 800w is overkill unless it's on sale like mine was. Newegg.com is best store for prices. Rosewill is a good mid brand for price and dependability.
