VIdeo card, NVIDIA? ATI?

Yet another video card question. My budget had been upgraded and I need a good card for $150-$200.

ZOTAC ZT-86SE25P-FPP GeForce 8600GTS 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card

Is that good/worth the money?

Anything better in the $150-$200 range? Something that I can run Crysis in High settings WITHOUT overclocking and ruining my warranty?

Hi! I see that you want to run Crysis on high settings. Do NOT get the 8600GTS. It performs very badly in Crysis at high settings. I had one. Now I have the 8800GT. I can EASILY play it on high settings. I suggest the 8800GT 512mb. It will play any game out on high. http://www.ncixus.com/products/27328/88YFF6HUFEXX/Galaxy%20Technology/

Buy that bro, take care.

The ATi is the thank you to pass in my opinion. Its a greater modern-day helping DirectX11 so it may take great thing approximately new tessellation constructive aspects in some modern-day and a great form of destiny video games. Plus the ATi card helps constructive aspects like Eyefinity which permit you recreation throughout diverse video show instruments. On precise of better constructive aspects, the 5670 is an fairly better performer than the GT 240. i'm uncertain related to the AMD-ATi delusion yet whats up.....ATi is AMD's pics branch so its somewhat achieveable. known the 5670 is the better decision for video games.

I recently bought a ATI 3850. I will NEVER buy an ATI product again. The support is terrible the drivers are worse. Yes it cost me $160 and runs crysis on high, but i have a beefy processor and the GPU and CPU are overclocked. If you can try to find a Nvidia 9600gt. I'm not sure if they're out yet but hold out for one; they're supposed to be a good performance (good but not super good) class graphics card.

Heh.... well if you want to run that game without overclocking and ruining your warranty. Let me tell you this. I have geforce 7900 gtx 512 gddr3. by asus. And it can the demo for this game at an amazing 20-40 fps. With all settings maxed... And i paid 600$ at the time when they were the best. I doubt you'll get the blissful game time you want with that amount of money on that game..

NVIDIA! I have had both and ATI makes me wanna throw down when my games glitch and don't look good. GeForce 8600GTS is a good one. Make sure it has something shading..I can't remember what it is, but it makes details better and some video games require it. I wish I could remember what it is. Just look for the words shading, lol. I am sorry I know that wasn't helpful.
