feels like the laser that reads the cd is burnt. attempt doing a motive force replace previously you replace the cd/dvd rom. circulate to pc top click my pc then elect properties /elect the hardware tab/then gadget supervisor/discover your cd/dvd rom on the record and click the + button and top click on your cd/dvd rom then elect replace motive force. after replace it make it easier to recognize a million of two issues the two the motive force as much as date or you have the best motive force put in already. if it as much as date you're waiting to burn the photos now without situation if not the burn laser is probably long previous and the cd/dvd desires replaced.

Put a cd in and see if it writes.and for part 2 use event viewer in administrative tools in control panel.
