The CPU can exceed the speed of the FSB or be less then the FSB but the board can only utilize a specific amount of FSB. Also your can only put a CPU that fits the mother board socket. The CPU has to be socket LGA 1155 to fit the mother board you have listed.



PCI express is the video card. Almost all new motherboards have PCI express 2.0, 2.1, or 3.0. Its just a standard that the slot is manufactured at.



newegg.com is a better place to get all of those parts except for the motherboard. They seem to be shipping allot of DOA boards. DOA is Dead on arrival, or also called broken.
