What J S meant to say probably GTX 650 is slower than what your rig should have. To make the most out of your CPU , I'd sugget you to get 8 GB Ram and a Graphic card with 2gb memory like an 2GB 7850 Radeon or GTX 660 ti 2GB version. But this again depends on your budget.

The 2GB graphic card will ensure that your PC is future-proof.

You have one of the best processors for gaming. The video card is low end. I bought a new 2GB HIS brand 7870 video card from Newegg for $214 a few weeks ago. The 7870 is very good and would go well with your cpu. The GTX660 ti would be good as well depending on what you can afford. Go to this site to compare video cards--Passmark Software video card benchmarks--they arent biased on brand names there. I like my 7870 as the best card per dollar. Also I found my bottleneck to be the read/write time to/from the hard drive. I bought a 128GB SSD to use instead of a normal hdd, lots faster are the SSD's. You also shouild have at least 600 watts for a psu, you can 'get by' with 500w but 600w or more is better. Everything depends on what you can afford.

yes, the gpu is a huge bottleneck. You can have basicly any gpu on the market, and most likely two of the high end gpu's without much troubles. (except you might need a stronger power supply of course)

The guy below me doesn't know what he is talking about, there is a very small or no bottleneck on your system, nice build.
