i dont' think that you do need a ny site for that, unless you don't have the correct driveres for that. Jus topen ur CPU casing, put the the video card in the appropriate PCI slot, fasten it with a screw on to the casing. then put on ur PC the OS will probably install the appropriate drivers to get ur stuff running

that depends on how you mean by "installing" if ure talking about drivers, u should go to the website of the manufacurer of ur card. if installing it physically, u dont need a web site... the only thing u need to know is that if ur card doesnt fit the slot, then it doesnt go there.
