why isn't my web cam working ?

when i pluged the web cam .there popes a message saying USB device not recognized .
when i tried using it again from the start menu. the web cam doesn't start there comes a message saying Error 8007045a: cannot create video capture filter .please help me fix this web cam .i want to talk to my family and friends through video call. please help .

There are problems with the driver. Uninstall the driver and install it again. This may help. If the problem still persists get yoursaelf a new webcam.

that is weird and wonderful quite. My sis has a clean computing gadget, with the same subject. the internet cam all set to work lower back, whilst she plugged it with the battery charger. or in basic terms open your webcam whilst your battery is in basic terms approximately complete.
