Just re-install teh drivers off the Motherboard CD, that should work.

Your Dad was right, you need the proper video card drivers installed, I'm not sure how or why it would cause a problem with the USB ports, but just reinstall the drivers for your motherboards chipset off the motherboard CD, or if you can, download the latest drivers from the Asus support web site for your motherboard model.

it is maximum probable as a results of very incontrovertible fact that the USB became not linked to the recent motherboard, there's no way a extra cutting-edge board would not have front USB connectors, i'm helpful it became purely ignored, so which you're able to do as a results of fact the guy till now mentioned, and reconnect it your self or in case you had somebody else installation it have them do it. that is incredibly consumer-friendly so which you're able to do it without difficulty. additionally while you're working low on ports a USB hub facilitates, I purely have been given a 7 port hub for like 50 greenbacks sturdy success

Installing the right chipset drivers for your motherboard can be a pain - but without them, your onboard sound, video, RAID, and USB won't work. Driver Detective is useful for you.
