I'm looking for an older USB flash drive, USB 1.0/1.1 under 4 gb, but I'm having trouble finding older models on Amazon/eBay. Anyone know a good site that may have older models for sale?

USB 1.0 hasn't been used since like the 90's and back then flash drives weren't used/didn't exist. Why are you looking for something so stupid anyway?

Plug it in to a computer that actually sees the flash drive. Go to Device Manager and find out what it is. It will tell you there what kind of flash drive it is. It might be under removable media or USB devices. Then go online and search for that device and look for Windows 98 drivers for that drive. All USB 2.0 devices are compatible with USB 1.1 except that it goes really slow. But if you are just transferring files our something small then your flash drive should be fine. A word document might take you 15 seconds to transfer in 1.1 whereas it would take 1 second in 2.0. You can purchase a PCMCIA USB 2.0 card but i would get the slower speeds. Hope this helps!
