I Downloaded ShaPlus Bandwidth Meter 1.3 and Im watching my bandwidth Soar up and I only have a 30 GB allowance. Have I gone over my Bandwidth im currently download a 5 GB torrent and its only 23.5 Percent complete last night my Bandwidth was only like 20,000.00 MB. whats eating up my Bandwidth
