what are the main concepts of the hr to shotlistthe candidates in few rounds , how am i to apper and present myself in the first round and make them happy and get the job at first shoot?
I have been for many interview and i have made a note, i should be the best amoung the all the candidates on the same day .
I wish , i would make the prove that , i am the man they are looking out for and get the jod with more confidence on me and as the best candidate of the day .

Help me out , how can i get the job before this week end .
Send me few tips of the interview and the intrest of the HR looking out from the candidates .

I interview... some tips. Be on time; actually getting there early is even better. Have a resume in hand, with NO typo's (you had several in your question); dress professionally, which means suit and tie and polished, clean shoes. No gum-chewing!!!

Experience is the first thing that puts you on the short list, always experience, that is the very first criteria. You may want to just call some of the people that interviewed you and ask them what set the others apart and what they were looking at you to improve to increase your chances of employment. I had someone do that before and it really, really impressed me, so I ended up hiring them about 3 months later. It shows the employer that you are committed to improving yourself.
