My logitech M185 mice has developed a problem in which it doesn't respond on any wheel clicks.
i am used to net surfing and to open a new tab in google chrome or firefox i use the mouse wheel(scrolling ball).
by clicking or pressing the wheel it opened the link in new tab and now suddenly it has stopped working and nothing happens when i press mouse wheel and i have to right click and open links in new tab manually.
plz.. help i cant browse smoothly without that feature of mice.
thanks in advance. :/

Those are cheap mice and probably not even worth repairing even if you were handy with a soldering iron. The microswitch that controls the middle click is probably worn out. Just get a new mouse. In the meantime, if you hold the ctrl key down while clicking on something it will open in a new tab.

Just buy a new mouse. If you want to repair your mouse just open the mouse you will see three buttons inside it one for right click, one for left and one for middle wheel. Just see if there is any loose connection. See if the button is working or not. Buy a new same size button and change the button. Or just open the button and take out the metal part inside the button and bend slightly. Close the mouse it will work surely. Or simply buy a new mouse if you are not a expert in electronics components.
