you can use evga precision. you can download it from here. i personally would advise you to be very careful with overclocking video cards as they can get damaged.

The way you change the core, shader and memory clocks is to overclock the the video card...NO bios is involved with overclocking your card as some have said, your processor yes,but not a video card...At least not a dedicated one like yours....

Download and use evga precision program for overclocking...The program is simple to set up and you can control your fan speeds also...

you need to know how to overclock as your card could become very unstable and you could get a BSOD....

The only way to do this is to overclock your graphics card.remember, overclocking have both pros and cons like it may imrove your performance but also it can increase the heat also.cards like 9800gt can heat up fast if they are overclocked much.use the following program to overclock the card.it is a nice one.

use the program that come with MSI afterburner to determine the stability and be sur to keep the temperatures upto 85c.for detailed instructions, you can try the manual on the site which is available for download.

those are changed in BIOS, try it only if you know what you are doing.
