Me and a friend have the exact same phone, Samsung Galaxy Ace, alot of applications my friend can download, i can not download also, and when i type the application name in Google Play, it says that my device is not compatible, i have the exact same device as my friend but i cant get the same games as him? Why is this? Is there a way to fix it? I have tried settings and everything but there is nothing to do with updating my device.

are you on the same network ? that is a bit strange, are your builds the same on your phones,

settings - about phone - build

get your friend to install app share and get him to send the app to you see if that works, if not try a hard reset of your phone, KEEP HOLD OF HOME AND POWER UNTIL THE SAMSUNG LOGO APPEARS.

Your phone probably has an older android version than your friends. Check for a version update and that should solve your problem :)
