Question says it all really. I've installed a new graphics card (radeon 4670) and have been playing Crysis on med spec with no problems but when I wanted to see what system requirements lab had to say about me installing my old Sims 2 discs. I expected a full bar on each component but instead, it came up with fail due to me apparently only having integrated graphics.
I installed the graphics by the book and disabled the integrated gpu on device manager and set the bios default to PCI-E from integrated, and on device manager it shows the Radeon to be working perfectly. So why is it not showing up in Lavalys' Everest hardware scanner or on System requirements Can You RUN It java app? I'm puzzled.

The Radeon 4670 is fairly new, it's possible the Canyourunit site hasn't included that model yet... But performance-wise it's fine. Almost the same as a Radeon 3870.

I agree with the previous poster- download the latest drivers from ATI's website, and see if things are recognized properly.

continuously talking approximately extreme settings, no longer max. So. I truthfully have an Intel midsection 2 Quad Q6600 2.4GHz, 4GB RAM, and a Radeon HD 5750 1GB. In 1920x1080 determination, i set the gadget specs to Hardcore, and function been given 30 fps and above. i replace into taken aback. I even downloaded Crysis 2 progressed video concepts, set each and every little element, distinctive than AA, to extreme and although have been given 30+ fps. From ATI? A 6950 will do the interest. A 6970 furnish you lots extra suitable sensible framerates. From Nvidia? A GTX 570 will do the interest. A GTX 580 will max the sh*t out of it and get you a 40+ fps.

It could be due to not having the up to date graphics drivers or the one you have is broken so uninstall the old drivers and instal the new one

It could be a glitch in thier software for that particular card. Try updating the software or see if there is a forum on that issue or patch. I don't think it's your system!
