Neither. The Intel Express family are on-board video chipsets that are built into the motherboard:

After checking the HP website, it would appear that your motherboard does not have AGP or PCI-Express. Your only option to upgrade the graphics would be a PCI video card.

The reason that the website was taking you to PCI-Express video cards is that has been the standard video card interface for about 4 years now. The website was merely assuming that you would have it.

Well the main issue here is that is a chipset, not a card. Its integrated into your actual motherboard, and it runs on the PCI bus. Your motherboard might have a PCI-Express slot, but its doubtfull. What we would need to know to find out is what your motherboard is, or if this was a brand name system, what make and model of computer it is.

If it's out of warranty, you could get a new mobo that could use an up to date graphics card...but you can't put one in that mobo...

And if you do go this route...this site will give you all the info you need to make a good choice on which mobo and G-card would be best for you...

Actually, you could spend around $ 250.00 to $ 350.00

and come up/w a combination that would play most games adequatly...some just fine, some a little weak, and some not at all...
